Editing

• At Callisto Media, Holland managed the production for self-help books, guided journals, and children's books. In addition to collaborating with design and editorial teams to ensure each title ran on schedule, she also oversaw the copy editing, proofreading and art review for the books she managed.

• At Scholastic, Holland managed the production for Graphix, Branches and Acorn imprints. Graphix publishes graphic novels for early readers through young adult readers; Branches publishes illustrated chapter books for young readers; Acorn publishes art-heavy early readers and acts as a bridge between picture books and illustrated chapter books. Some of the bestselling titles she worked on are included in the slideshow to the right.

• At Topix Media Lab, Holland edited copy for grammar, style, consistency and accuracy. She also acted as managing editor for all of the company's book projects; she created and managed the production schedules and acted as a liaison between Topix and its distributor Macmillan.
